Germany are world champions for a fourth time after beating Argentina 1-0.

Joachim Low's men emerged victorious in extra-time following a stunning goal from substitute Mario Gotze.

The win sparked incredible scenes of jubilation in Berlin as the German support paid tribute to their stars.
