There's something i observed in Chinese companies in Nigeria, this has been bordering me alot. I visited a friend of mine who works in a Chinese establishment in Ikeja, to my surprise i heard my friend and his colleagues calling their Chinese co-workers "MASTER" irrespective of there posts and positions in the company, even the mechanics and trainees of Chinese origin. I keep wondering why we ridicule ourselves and fall so inferior because of skin colour. Please, what exactly is the meaning of this MASTER of a thing, i need explanations.
