sorry I wasn't communicating, first bank says it is launching a new program tomorrow 22/07/2014 in conjuction with paypal, I was wondering if anybody had the full details

Yeahh..you can get a PayPal account directly from FirstOnline and your account gets verified immediately. Plus you get very high funds limit unlike other banks where you cannot spend more than $250. And more importantly, your transaction is secure on FirstBank's platform. grin
