Offer to purchase Automated Gas Oil
PEKEEZ ENERGY is an oil and gas company that deals on marketing, importation and transportation of refined products-AGO and DPK. We have done business with several oil and gas firms within Africa.
Our product is of regular/NNPC specification and gotten from the best refineries in the Middle East and Europe. We have a very competent work force and transparent modus operandi
Mode of Operation: we offer sales in bulk, with minimum purchase offer of 1000MT (1million litres).
For transparency and accountability, we have come up with a system by which buyer and seller interest is protected.
Mode one:
We shall only load the vessel assigned by buyer. We deal directly on bank to bank basis and do not accept cash so as to protect both parties and also avoid fraud or subterfuge.

1) Upon signing and sealing an SPA in quadruplicates, both parties lodge one hard copy each to their respective banks.
2) The buyer’s bank upon receipt of the signed copy SPA will at the instance of the buyer within 48 hours send a BG covering the sum quantity it intends buying to the seller’s bank on a bank to bank basis by swift
3) Buyer shall charter a vessel, and furnish us with her details for communication
4) The loading port is in Abidjan (3days voyage from Nigeria)
5) All expenses at loading port shall be taken care of by the seller.
6) After successfully loading the desired quantity to buyer’s assigned vessel, buyer’s inspector carry’s out a Quality and Quantity analysis on cargo.
7) Upon successful Q and Q report from the inspectors and super cargo, buyer is invoiced on bulk out turn basis.
Complete set of delivery documents plus invoice is sent to buyer’s bank for settlement by swift transfer.

Mode two:
We shall deliver the said quantity to buyer’s desired depot in Nigeria.

1. Upon signing and sealing an SPA in quadruplicates, both parties lodge one hard copy each to their respective banks.
2. The buyer’s bank upon receipt of the signed copy SPA will at the instance of the buyer within 48 hours send a non operative BG to the seller’s bank on a bank to bank basis by swift.
2(a) Sellers’s bank upon receipt of the non operative BG will send by swift the 2% Performance Bond to the Buyer’s bank to activate the BG.
3. Upon confirmation of the receipt and authentication of the BG by the seller, seller shall nominate a vessel for the transaction and furnish the buyer with vessel details, ETA and NOR within 3 days.
4. Buyer shall also furnish seller with details of his nominated depot. NB: buyer shall take care of depot fee and any other fee at discharge point
5. Upon arrival in country’s waters, vessel shall give NOR to buyer or his nominated agents at 72, 48, 24, 12 and 6 hours SHINC
6. Cargo is discharged into buyer’s nominated Tank farm.
7. Any delays arising out of non proper arrangements by buyer as to discharge schedule resulting in demurrage shall be settled by the buyer at CPA rates.
8. Complete set of delivery documents plus invoice is sent to buyer’s bank for settlement by swift transfer.
