The best photo editing app on Android is HANDY PHOTO even though it needs learning like photo shop on PC cuz it's too complex. I've been using Android for 4yrs now and believe me I've tested all.
With handy photo, photo grid, and pics art u don't need any other app cuz they have all u need.
The picture you uploaded did you edit it using handy photo or picsart?
