I know it's difficult but always learn to move on after any interview. Keep track on the future and forget the past.
If you were qualified and they feel you would be relevant for the role and add value to them, they would call you.
Period.
If they don't then self-evaluate yourself and be better or you could assess the situation and learn from it.
No experience is lost.

pause! when was your interview? wat position did you apply for? was it a telephone or physical interview? mine was like 3weeks ago, did the 1st and second stage interview, they said they'll get back to me after they have attended to others on the row. I'm confused now

Ok.. I did mine just lastweek.[Merchant Aquisition Specialist position]. Dey asked me when i cud start.. And dey asked me how much i wanted.. Then dey said dey'll get back to me dis week but i havnt seen any of their mails or phone calls..
We were abt 10pple present for d interview. I think dey're still interviewing others,mayb dats wat's causing d delay. D guy dat interviewed me told me dey had even interviewed others b4 me.
Mayb we shld b patient till nxtweek.

Just got a regret reply from kaymu for the same Regional Manager role. Really stunned considering how well i think my 2nd interview went. Oh well, life goes on, at least the run through was a confidence booster that did me good.
