PROCEDURES FOR TTO
1. Both parties sign contract.
2. Buyer bank sends a SBCL Bank Guarantee for $500,000dollars for logistics and Q and Q in Cotonou with the terms below
3. Upon the receipt and confirmation of Buyer’s BG, Seller instructs captain to sail to Cotonou water and issue ATB and CLEARANCE send to inspector cc: both buyer and seller.
4. Upon issuing of ATB/CLEARANCE in Cotonou water, buyer inspector come on board for Q and Q and release Q and Q result to both Buyer and Seller, as buyer finalise the charter of vessel with the vessel handler as Buyer place full instrument of MT 760 BG or SBLC.
5. Seller release Original documents, invoice along with the Q and Q result to Buyer’s bank, then Buyer bank place an MT103 for final payment into seller’s account according to the Seller’s invoice.
6. Seller confirms payment and Captain sails the cargo to buyer discharge of port.
