Pls, can you tell me how much a 5 bedroom duplex and a 5 bedroom bungalow would cost minus the land. I have a plot measuring 1000sqm and would love to build something beautiful on it.
The duplex should contain two rooms down, so the rooms upstairs will be spacious. Also, I don't like wardrobes but will prefer a walk-in closet for the master bedroom.

Yes my boss two down two up....each flat up has a private stair and share one service stair behind (note: not spiral).

Very, very good. Saved for later business dealings with you. No need for spiral, normal stairs is good enough.

Thats a very tasteful design you just requested from alist an I'm quite pessimistic that he is gonna give you something worthwhile but you know what they say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder so is you need more diverse detached buildung plans that could fit into that same size of lab then you can reach me asap

Nice designs a list but it seems like almost if not all your drawings were inspired or should I say resurrected from a single idealism,could youbtry and be diverse a little,don't get me wrong I am an architect too and I know designs DAT really takes great thinking to produce and those that were taken from templates ......
