FDQC/CO/005- COORDINATOR
The services of a hotel coordinator who will be responsible for the day to day secretarial/administrative support function to the Manager is required. Candidate is to ensure that customer service is at its best, whilst maximizing all revenue opportunities through effective teamwork and development. Candidate must possess a degree or its equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a similar post in a 5 stars hotel or Hospitality sector.


JOB DESCRIPTION

To take positive action to meet department objectives and targets
Supervise and prepare daily departmental reports
Be an effective communicator with guests and clients
Take prompt actions to resolve complaints according to company policy
To be involved in the setting of department targets and objectives,
and to monitor and strive for their achievement

FDQC/SU/006- SUPERVISOR

A supervisor who will inspect and maintain the cleanliness and physical condition of the hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms, hallways and public areas is required. Candidate will be in charge of reporting any damages or problems with the guest room and room equipment using maintenance work order and routing the work order to the Maintenance department. Candidate must possess a degree or its equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a similar post in a 5 stars hotel or Hospitality sector.
