Hello Good people, has any1 had any reason to regret dealing with swift Networks? ( http://www.swiftng.com/customer.asp) I have paid for their service almost a month ago. and since then, No connection has been made, calling them before now was possible - where I was told diff reasons for not deploying- (Infrastucture is not available- has not been cleared- you would be connected next week etc). Its been really a sad experience for me as an intending subscriber.
The worse of it all now is that all their phones can no longer be reached since yesterday- (Busy all day). Going to their office in VI would mean taking the whole day off to sort it out. Pls has anybody info about this people.

you saw starcomms,zoom(reltel), you did not subscribe to,you are now complaining of no connection,swift connection has been swift with your money.

Guy thats not a response- you have not said whether swift are good or bad. the fact that you hear of starcomms etc doesnt mean others cant exist. go thru their url and see why one needs to subscribe- I am sure I havent lost my cash. it wont happen- so if u knw anything funny about em pls say else be mute on this thread

I know little about Swift Networks. They are my ISP provider. Their service has been very alright not until recently; failing quite often presently. Getting through to their customer care service is a thug of war; getting their Engineer to attend to a customer is a different matter all together.

You can get them on any of these numbers especially the first and second: 01-7101010; 01-8783393; 01-8774241; 01-7738138; 01-444-1111.
