I used to think its just football and our over age palava. But come to think of it, we have very few sport personalities who we can really say had/has longevity. All we have are people who come up once in a while and within a few years they are gone. Olusoji Fasuba (athletics), Samuel Peters (Boxing), and a host of footballers. Apart from a handful, most of our athletes rarely spend beyond 2 years at the top. Please what is/are the issues and what are the solutions.
