The project is very real. Its and online distant learning programme, supported by over 100 universities that are offering up certificate courses for free. Note, at Certificate level only, not degree. You must score a minimum of 55% to obtain the certificate. Its being funded partly by the world bank with support from many educational institutions. And its free, just like polio vaccine is given free. |

Your right, makes it look like scam, but its not. Its a simple free online course project supported by over a 100 universities and the world bank. There are many of such online certification programmes, but this comes free, including the certificate, provided you score a minimum of 55% in tests and assignment. The blog gives you an idea how the project works, it's not the parent site.Its only after interested participants are properly sensitized that their online accounts will be created on the Main Website where they access the courses, Free! The link to the main site containing all the available courses and universities are made available only to those who have beentrained on how to use it, because of high cases of abuse. And everything is practical, no one has given you any account to pay money. Although you will pay a training fee, but that is after your account is opened and you begin to run courses. But I also appreciate your reasons for suspicion, however, the fact that you don't know about an opportunity does not make it a scam. I think the best thing to do is to call the number and ask intelligent questions, when you dont get a satisfactory answer, then you can run down the project.
