LaconicINC:so sorry man, I haven't been online. If you haven't succeeded in flashing the recovery I suggest you clear the cache for the Rashr app and move the recovery file to to root of your SD card (I.e don't put it in any folder) just in case you are prompted to flash from SD card you can just continue from there |

splendinho:those guys are not professional, I changed my phones screen with them, they said I should wait for their call, I didn't. I'll advice that you go there, you'd be suprised that it's been fixed , I just hope your phone would be in a par condition, since I collected mine, my phone has had issues, as I'm typing now, my phones back light is on even if my phone is off, I wanna sell it sef. If you take your phone for repairs, it'll never remain the same again |

I rooted my phone no update then I uproot it still no update so I then root it again to my surprise early this morning I charged my phone to 100% and tried it the update came up and I have updated it. Please as I have stated above where could I get the update zip file on my phone anybody with the knowledge should post it so that I can upload it. Sorry for my long story. |

I didn't see any update zip in the SD card root that is the more reason am asking where to find it. I have searched through my SD card nothing like that |

@archlancer use the superuser on the phone to uproot. Inside it you will find uproot use it. |
