My Google play account couldn't sign in after I did hard reset on my tecno p5. For about Two weeks now please guys have reset the factory settings now still no positive result. Please I need your help on these one.

Dude, download Root browser or Total commander(file explorer). Launch the app, Open the root folder and locate subfolder data. Open it and locate "etc" file. Open it and search for "host". Delete the "host" and relaunch ur playstore. It should work

pls, reread my post (i have modified it). Just make sure yu open the "etc" folder and search for host. When you see it, delete it and relaunch playstore
