eunisam: Monrovia - Numerous health facilities had to shut down across the country after health care workers were threatened by locals who believe foreigners had brought Ebola into the country. These people are saying foreigners brought it into their country - no proof But we have proof that they have exported it to 2 countries! |

Actually, what Nation is more dangerous ? Take a look at Africa below. How possible is it that the there are now reported cases of Ebola in nations as far away as America and Uk but no "reported" cases in some of those nations bordering Liberia and Guinea ? Another way of looking at it is, the nationals of which nation poses more danger, is it the nationals of Liberia and Guinea, of which we all are aware, or the nationals of nations that might have Ebola but are hiding the fact? 1 Like |

ukandi1: ..and l dont like the way some Nigerians are using their caustic mouths to tarnish all Liberians! Agreed that what that Chimp called Mr. Sawyer is was VERY VERY WRONG! You dont deliberately infect people, just because you are infected, especially Doctors who are trying to help you! But then, we must remember that it is out of sheer ignorance on the part of most people, that the disease is spread around unknowingly! I bet a few Nigerians right now, are contracting and spreading it within our shores, out of sheer ignorance as well and we should not openly insult ALL Liberians for the acts of a SINGLE Mr. Sawyer. Our own Government needs to also be very proactive rather than wait till things get out of hand. By now, Our borders should have been shut down, mandatory "test for all international passengers with a proviso of GPS tagging" if necessary so that just incase one of the passengers on a particular flight tests positive, everyone on that flight should be quarantined and monitored throughout the gestation period of the disease. Right now, we must know where EVERYONE is located. Cross-boundary movement should also be restricted so as to limit the spread. We can STICK TOGETHER AND FIGHT THIS DISEASE ...or .... WE CAN KEEP POINTING FINGERS AT EACH OTHER WHILE WE ALL DIE OUT ONE AFTER ANOTHER!. Its an "international disease right now and NO ONE is SAFE anymore! Lastpage! 2 Likes |

The borders should be closed. That's so wicked of those who are leaving the country with symptoms or known exposure. Very wicked. 1 Like |
