Who doesn't love an interesting conspiracy theories?Although,most conspiracy theories are baseless assumption just to satisfy people's need to gossip, some however have logical reasoning behind them with some shred of evidence (or allegations) that when you begin to join the dotted lines, you might begin to think "could it be true?". Ebola has killed hundreds of people and apparently even the nokia hand logo has refused to shake recently. Some cynical Nigerians have come up with some interesting conspiracy theories; read on!

» Some Nigerians believes that a group of european scientists are behind the resent outbreak of the virus and they genetically modify the virus to increase it virulence to become even more potent than when it was first discovered.

»Some, however, believes that the western world sees west-africa as a potential threat in challenging for world power with blossoming economy in last decade and as such present us with monstrous problem than we can solve, crippling our economy as no investors would want to invest in a diseased country or region.

» This may sound lame thou, some Nigerians believes that just like when the Whites forced religion on us and ravished our land, human and cultural resources, they have come again to shove orthodox medicine down our throats and make us belief they are the "be all, end all" by producing cure for a virus they replicated.

» And finally, just by alphabetical coincidence with name of the President, Goodluck "Eb"ele Jonathan, he could be a natural carrier of the virus as he once said he had no shoes and nobody knows where he had walk bare footed to
