The National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) have released the 2014 May/June National Business Certificate (NBC) and National Technical Certificate (NTC) examination results.

The Registrar/Chief Executive of the board, Dr. Olatunde Aworanti, disclosed that out of a total of 81,200 candidates who registered for the examination nationwide, 79,495 candidates sat for the examination in engineering, construction, miscellaneous and business trades, which had the highest enrolment of 39,745 candidates.

Aworanti noted that a total of 29,129 candidates scored five credits and above, including English and Mathematics, representing 36.64 per cent in the NBC/NTC examinations.

He also said that the board recorded 1,952 cases of examination malpractice, representing 2.46 per cent as against 5,108 cases in 2013, adding that it was a decrease of 3,156 cases representing 61.8 per cent.  May/June NABTEB Result 2014 can be checked online using result checker.
