California may become a condom-mandated state when it comes to porn ... and the stakes involve hundreds of millions of dollars, AIDS, syphllis, gonorrhea and other STDs.

Porn stars have left California after Condom Law is passed.


The California State Assembly has just passed a bill requiring condoms in ALL porn shoots in the state.

Author and State Assembly man Is a dore Hall III, says it's all about work place safety adding that STDs has gone out of control in the porn industry.

According to a UCLA study, 11% of female porn stars who have sex with males who don't wear condoms contracted gonorrhea and 15% tested positive forchlamydia. "We've checked and can't find any documented HIV cases in the straight adult porn industry in the last decade,"Hallsaid.

According to gossip site, TMZ, most porn stars have confirmed they are fleeing California.

Vivid.com president Steve Hirsch tells the site his company currently does not produce movies in L.A. County where there's currently a mandatory condom law. He says the current testing procedures are more than adequate.

A certain porn exec further mentioned that USA alone has lost close to$100 milliona year because of the new condom law passed stating that, "480 permits were issued in 2012 but after the condom law passed, the number plummeted to 40 in 2013, and so far in 2014 ... only 30."

In response to the above, Assembly man Hall says the porn companies are full of "Bull Shit" ... he says they can digitally remove condoms from the flicks and says, "There's an app for that."
Hall's bill has now gone to the State Senate.

He further said "Nigerians in the state supported the law but we don't have sex more than africans expecially Nigerians who are the 2nd highest country with hiv aids. In the world now is ebola but this law is bullshit."

So we want to ask: Do you guys think the Assembly man is doing the right thing even though the condom law is affecting his State's income?
