Responsibilities:

Provide a friendly, efficient and professional customer relation experience using phone

Deal with and respond to all customers contact received by phone and email in a professional manner within agreed service levels

Produce reports as requested using relevant systems.

Investigate customer issues with 3rd party partners to a satisfactory conclusion


Requirements:

Possess human management ability.

Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Effectively multi-task and have the ability to learn quickly

Minimum of 2 years working experience.


HND/Bachelor’s degree in English language, Mass Communication, International Relations, and any other relevant discipline.
