Responsibilities:
Manage the ticketing system (telephone and email)
Process supplier quotations and orders
Updated and manage maintenance records and documentation
Meet and greet customers and suppliers

Key Attributes:
You must have a strong customer service background and the ability to interact with both internal and external business partners
Excellent telephone manner
Extremely organized and punctual
Hard working with a Flexible working approach - working as part of a small dedicated team you must be willing to help out where required
Help desk/ administration background
