NIMN Finally Admits Rotimi Adeyeye, Ex-factional Leader Into Its Fold by loveandy: 3:50pm On Aug 11, 2014
In its effort to finally bring to an end the decade of factional crisis that has slowed its wheel of progress, the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) on Friday, August 8th, 2014 at its Corporate Office, in Lagos, formally admitted the elsewhere factional leader of the institute Mr. Rotimi Adeyeye into the Council of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.
Adeyeye’s admission into the highest decision making body of NIMN indicates that an end has finally come to the lingering crisis that has resulted into an age-long judicial confrontation between the two factions that have hitherto claimed dual responsibility of overseeing the practice of marketing in Nigeria.
Speaking at the event, the President, NIMN, said the admission of Adeyeye is in the fulfillment of the earlier promised made, while Adeyeye emphasized that he was very satisfied with all the procedures that led to the admission.
‘This is to assure the general public that, all is now well with the institute and the promises earlier made through the memorandum of understanding earlier signed is being fulfilled to the letter’ Koledoye said.
The final admission of Mr. Adeyeye into the Council of NIMN was a follow-up to the agreement reached during last month’s unification and signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two factions where they both agreed to put aside their differences and work for the common good of the institute. It is hope that, never again will the institute finds itself in the messy water of endless and destructive factional crisis.
