I want to surprise my small cousin for getting a university admission and since he's techy (and doesn't mind used phones) I've decided to get him one.
My first thought was the GS3 cos I've used that and it's still a great device but I'm wondering if there are better phones around for a budget of say 37 THOUSAND NAIRA.
Seen the Galaxy Grand 2 but I'm still very confused. Any help will be appreciated.

Lg l90 is wat u shud go for . Its only #34500 .great phone kitkat,1gig ram, quadcore, 4.7 inch , knockcode etc.

My problem with these phones is, when something goes wrong - bad battery, shattered screen etc - you are left stranded cos it's extremely hard to get the parts.
