Chino to avoid this in the future. You are going to have to make a spreadsheet at some point. I don't know what you have in place now to keep track of what you receive and what you shipped out. The spreadsheet should be made available on your site or over here. It's a little bit more work but very practical. It should include the tracking number, initial of sender, weight of goods, cost, payment, date received and date sent. This way it saves you the time replying and limit enquiries as to what has been received or sent. I did shipping a long long time ago. Just my 2 cents i can send you an excel format if you need one.

Meanwhile another package on the way again. I lost count already.

You can call, normally my customers drop off their packages at my office or they order online and use my office address as their "shipping address" and their packages get delivered to me by UPS/USPS/DHL/FEDEX. I also have reduced rates for "middlemen" shippers and agents on goods over 500lbs.

Yeah I ship too from china but arrival to lagos, Nigeria is super-slow like 4-5weeks..... And for US shipment I use a store and the thing is I'm being billed monthly and delivery is 4-7days. But thank God for discovering this..... Biz all d way!!!!

Ebay uses pacific time. Our time less 8 hours. You can call them now should be about 7am there. They are open 5 am to 10pm their time. Always subtract 8 hours from our time to know their time.
