abi ooo @tumbaba alot of people who want to go are simply looking for others to take along. looking for alternatives shouldn't be public opinion but private, if you can't wait for 2weeks and you don't like chinoxl customer service type by not picking calls and replying of sms . Y not just leave LSM and go for this CargoAtlantic . But one thing I know is that this guy might not have enough hands for his business but my personal dealings with him he responds to my sent sms all I do is to really have patience. He might not be the BEST for now but he is not the worst.

@Chinos, no business will survive for very long without good customer management / service.
Ur customers should be your number 1 fan, not otherwise. If people ship with you just because they don't have a better option, it's only a matter of time before that better option comes.

I will advice that you come up with some kind of 'good speech' to let your customers know that their opinions, feelings, and feedback matters. And like a policy statement / road map on the way forward.
NOTE: This has gone beyond who is right or wrong.
