You can link your Naija debit card to ur US paypal acct witout issues, I linked my GT mastercard to one of my US paypal so I belive it accepts most naija card bt be aware dat you can't link a card to two different paypal accts

I think what I'll do is, I would close my UAE paypal account, and open the U.S, or probably would find someone who can verify that account with a UAE phone number on ebay, I think am ok with the UAE, and its already verified, I know how U.S paypal account are very strict with their rules.

You can fund it by buying funds from exchangers while all you need to do are to pay naira equivalent and present your PayPal ID.

You can link some Nigerian cards like Diamond bank visacard,uba africard,smartmoney,first bank dollar prepaid card,payoneer card or GTBank dollar mastercard.

Using anything outside those listed above is at your own peril!

Are you saying that you linked your Gtbank Debit Naira MasterCard to your US PayPal account and it was accepted- Because I'm aware that GTbank bank provides A Debit Naira MasterCard and a Dollar MasterCard so specify which one you used??

I think I have made up my mind, I would look for someone who can help me verify my ebay account, I know how USA paypal can be so hard to handle, am not cut out for that, now d question is who would help me verify my phone number on ebay
Tried get a virtual number for UAE, but the prices are just too high, still looking out.

Yes my GT debit naira mastercard which is linked to my savings acct is linked to my US paypal acct with no issue and am enjoying paying with it wen need arises.

Note: I believe you shdnt av a problem asking questions, cos u don't no wat am going tru wen responding to a question and I might av mistakenly left out an info. Am not jesus dat remembers everytin

Why not jus link ur naira card instead of first buying dollar and loading it into ur dollar card befor buying, the naira card helps to prevent dis huddle. I plan adding my stanbic naira mastercard also wen I get it frm d bank, I juz opened d acct

You can't link a card to two different accts, u av to delete it from the naija paypal to be able to link it to d US paypal else it wouldn't work

1. I have been using my Qatar PayPal with GTB debit naira MasterCard and on Nigeria IP since January last year. I see bought goods from eBay last week Thursday with it without issue.
So I wonder why I m spared.
2. I listed goods on eBay for sale. I try login to update now to my surprise all my listing have been deleted and my account suspended indefinitely with no apology or warning. e GBA mi o. what have I done wrong. I have been using the US eBay for a while now shopping and bidding. why now that I have good to sell and buyers on ground? I was told not to bother reopening BC they won't accept it. that was part of the suspension letter I received. Believe me honestly I do no harm I know of. I am selling my on products and books. could it be naija IP? help o
3. How do I get payoneer card pls.
4. click bank no agree make I sign up o. a bi I no dey work with our naija IP too?

You are one greedy guy, u don't even have a qatar Ip address, u don't have a U.S address, not even a qatar phone number, since u weren't caught u could have continue buying, u now want to go and sell, ebay and paypal are really after the sellers... Ur matter is hard man

Seems uve missed me up! Or probably too many mails, well I have a dubai verified paypal account, and a dedicated VPN ip address, I was asking if I can register on ebay U.S, with a U.S address and phone number, since I can't get a dubai phone number for ebay phone verification, if yes, would my shipping address be confirmed by paypal?
