I will advise you not to do that because you will still need to call PayPal to clear the card trace from the previous paypal
else you won't be able to still use it on the new account.You a new card;you can get africard and smartmoney within 30 minutes.

and go for it with your new ebay and paypal account if it is still available.

Once you make your payment, you won't pay anything else.
