(1) What are the risks involved in this investment and how do you mitigate them? It seems a little risky given then one will pay out that amount of money in fees (equipment leases, community fees, etc) without having anything tangible to hold on to, then wait for at least 3 months before you recoup your initial investment if all goes well.

One transporter carries =25m3 on a trip
1.5m3 = 1 ton

One transporter goes maximal of 10 trips/ day = 25m3 x 10= 250m3
250m3 by 1.5m3 =166.6 tons /day

Therefore, 6 transporter = 6 x 250m3 = 1,500m3 / day
=6 x 166.6tons = 1,000tons stock piling /day
