Chelsea have announced that Victor
Moses has today joined Stoke City
on loan until the end of the season.
The Super Eagles forward will be
uniting with his compatriot Osaze
Odemwingie at the Britania as
Stoke will be hoping to improve on
their last season’s performance in
the EPL.
23-year-old Moses who moved to
Stamford Bridge in August 2012
and helped the Blues win the
Europa League the following year,
netting four times en route to the
final has found it difficult to pin
down a regular playing shirt.
A loan move to Liverpool did very
little to improve the chances of
Moses who represented Nigeria at
this summer's World Cup and was
also an integral part of the Super
Eagles side which won the African
Cup of Nations last year.
While announcing the departure of
Moses, Chelsea stated that they
wish the Nigerian star luck at his
new as they will keep tabs on his
progress under Coach Mark
Hughes.
