Job Description
• Identify system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Communicate and enforce coding standards in collaboration with the production manager and HSE Advisor.
• Shall oversee the installation, repair and upkeep of machines.
• Shall oversee the maintenance of company’s properties and utilities.
• Shall be involved in negotiating contracts with vendors and also setting budgets.
• Working with other managers to implement company policies and procedures.
• Supervising and motivating a team of technicians.
• Reviewing workers performance and identifying their training needs.

Job Requirements
Person Requirement
• Must be coordinated and organized
• Good interpretation skill
• Good communication skill (written/spoken)
• Team person

Education and Experience
• Minimum of B.Tech, B.Sc./HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic engineering.
• 1-2 years experience in a oil and gas or manufacturing environment.
• Technical certification will be an added advantage.
