Advance Fee Fraud does not end with the conventional modus operandi that we think we know; Pools-Forcasting by Forcasters (nap/game sellers) is a "419"/fraud that has been going on in this country for a very long with anybody raising an eye brow. This forcasters/"419ers" publish numbers/games in pool papers and some sports/national dailies between Wednesdays and Saturdays to pool stakers as bankers for a fee.
The big wigs advertise for people to join their pools club at a fee ranging from N20,000 - N100,000. promising that they will be giving you banker-numbers every week that will make you win pools. They will advertise that they have white compilers from London that supply the bankers to them. Nigerians that play pool do not know that Chief Obinyan is the most notorious of this 419 cartel, he registers people at N50,000 and publishes illusive papers that stakers buy every week, such as Pools Telegraph, Murphy etc
Do you know that he has been intentionall giving his so called Millionaire Club Members dead games since January, he has not given them any winning Nap, and he is calling on them to renew their membership with another N50,000., yet he failed them in their contract. Do you know that he owns a pool promotion business(that is he is also a promoter, in other words he can not give numbers that will make you win because he is also one of them) which his wife runs.
Nigerians be wise Millionaire Club of Obiyan and other nap sellers have been defrauding unsuspecting Nigerian public for long, lets join hands to put a stop to this by exposing them.
