Ok! This was during the last Delta Yadah, an all worship and praise session put together by the Delta State Government as a way of celebrating the creation of the state. "Delta Yadah" has now become an annual programme in Delta State and the year 2014 edition was actually the 5th edition.

Delta State was created on the 27th August 1991 and to mark the 23rd anniversary, the all night worship and praise was staged and it featured top Artists like Ron Kenoly, Lionel Petersen, Chioma Jesus, Sinach, Nathaniel Bassey, and a lot of them.

So, I saw this video of Gov. Uduaghan and one of the top artists, Lionel Petersen performing on stage during the programme on the governor's youtube page.
