Contemporary globalization is like an alliance of some bigger fishes in an ocean to keep feeding on smaller fishes until either the smaller fishes go out of existence or hide beyond the reach of the bigger ones. it may be almost impossible to preach the bigger fishes into stopping the feeding on the smaller fishes because they take it for granted that they must do so in order to keep growing bigger. the only option remaining for the smaller fishes may simply be to hide away from the bigger ones in order to survive the ocean life. Perhaps another. though more often forgotten and quite difficult option is for the smaller fishes to fly to divine patronage. Although the bigger fishes taught the smaller ones how to pray, different maneuvering strides, distractions and overindulgence in self-confidence have made the bigger fishes diminish the idea of prayer and rarely believe in prayer.
Globalization is a narrowing down journey. it narrows down the world to a global village; narrows down the worlds markets to a single market place; narrows down the mathematics of marriage from two in one to one alone , and narrows down universal objective morality to mere objective disposition. The silent nerve center of all activities of globalization is the computer, which controls every human activity under the sun. People can now transact business through the computer in the form of electronic business (E-business). they is no need to gather at a place for a meeting since we now have E-conferences, Globalization also gives us E-education, E-library, E-warfare, E-mail, E-marriage, E-family life, E-God. The Bible warned us about the beast that will narrow down the world and hold people at random at all ends of the earth, before which all must bow. bearing its satanic mark before they may buy or sell. The beast will reign for a long time and encourage false prophets and work against Gods interests. but at last would be defeated. Who knows if they is any relationship or resemblance between the activities of the computer driven globalization and the beast of Revelation....i'll let you be the judge of that.
