Pls Gurus in the house help me,my 2001 camry have been showing this red hand brake light,it doesnt go off even when u pull down da hand brake
I changed da pads today,serviced n bleeded da brakessystem,the light is still on pls people wat do i do.

If its the brake lights @ the back that won't go off when you park and switch engine off then the problem is the brake switch.

Look under the dash, trace where the brake metal bar from the pedal up touches the brake switch. You'll see the stopper that presses a soft button down that keeps the brake lights off when you park. (This soft button/stopper is at the top of the switch).

Look for some type of screw or a something to put in the hole to press this button down for you when you park or go look for the button.
