1. What we need:[/b]We require the services of Business Development Officers whose task is to help the company generate leads/opportunities and translate such opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate would be one who has Excellent communication, presentation skills and marketing skills, as well as some basic IT/ICT skills.

2. [b]What we offer: To start with, successful candidates will be placed on a pay structure of 20% commission on total profit accruable from sales generated by such candidate. Additional bonus will be applicable upon meeting and exceeding sales target.

3. Work Hours: [/b]Work hours are flexible; candidates will work from home but come in for briefings/debriefing and process evaluation once in a week (Saturdays).
