We are a financial institution at Lagos Mainland and presently needs to hire a Legal Executive.

The Job Descriptions are
• Assist the head of legal in ensuring that proper documentation of transactions are in order;
• Ensure registration of legal mortgages at the land’s registry;
• Assist the head of legal and the credit control department to optimize recovery portfolio ;
• Assist in the maintenance of a proper directory of external solicitors;
• To ensure follow up with external solicitors on all matters concerning the company;
• Assist management of the litigation portfolio of the company;
• Assist in transcription of all legal documents;
• Drafting of legal Agreement;
• To carry out legal research on compliance and regulations for the company;
• To execute all administrative tasks of the department.
