We conduct inspection to site every 2 saturdays for prospective clients, but if its not convinient for you, we can arrange personnal inspection for you.
Our Estate is not owned by UBA but we are in partnership with them, they provide mortgage for clients.

i would like to know if after purchase there is a stipulated period to complete my property also is there a standard plan i.e uniform building structures.
this i believe will help me decide because the rate at which the "omo oni le' deals with us.

Yes, we have a period within which we expect you to have completed your structure, i.e 5years after allocation, and within the first 18 months of the 5 years, you are expected to at least fence your property.

We have a zoning policy for different kinds buildings.

We are building another estate close to the Lekki Free Trade Zone and a plot is going for N2.4m excluding legal and survey fees.

Has we speak, the second phase of allocation is going on, while over 300 meters of Road network has been upgraded, in other to facilitate construction on the site. The electrification of the site has also commenced as we have erected, high tension poles, to cover this project.

We are expecting our clients to start work on their site so that together we can help meet the Vision 20 20 20 of our beloved country.

We are already putting finishing torch to our Ikorodu site, in few weeks, we will be rolling out our drums to welcome OLIVE ESTATE IKORODU.
