Currently noticed something about my system. I breathe loudly that peeps around me could here. Also noticed I started snooring at d same time. Went to see a friend who's a doctor. Said I have to see ENT specialist (learnt their charges no b me beans) cos I don't have difficulty in breathing. Please what could be the cause? Any remedy to it? Really giving me concern please. By the way I'm not asthmatic but have allergy to dust.
Also how can I reduce a protruding stomach before it turns to pot belly. Guys please help me out. Will be forever grateful

Go and see an ENT specialist in any of the Government teaching hospitals. Consultation fee can't be more than N1000.

That is misinformation. Visit a tertiary center and be assured that no one will constrain you to visit their private clinic if you didn't request to.

The respiratory system is compromised.is ur nose blocked?Avoid staying in dusty environment which could be a triggering factor..Go to a good pharmacy and get breathe ease tea or lung pacifier tea..try that for now..cheers..PHarm Michael
