30 rooms,isn't that a civilian barrack? Convert it to mini flats,if you can afford the conversion. Its better than way,less people,less wala. |

DickDastardly: The tenants wahala is too much for me. 30 rooms to contend with.Demolish the house. "Face me I face u" building format is outdated and puts pressure on properties. You can also consider refurbishing it, turning it into mini-flats. New roof, windows and doors, tiles and nice toilets nd baths. You can make the same amount or even more with lesser pressure on your property. |
