It's true o, I saw it on Evening Standard UK's website.
77million naira will build me a correct 3 bedroom flat(10million naira plus land) (I don't need much space), 15 room & Palour self contain and rent it out (30million naira plus land) and a mini shopping complex(30million naira plus land) in ikorodu .
As for the remaining 7 million, i'll buy four correct danfo at owode onirin and give it out to drivers that will be using it to do transport business or better still join the owolowo co-operative and get a big tata bus dt'll be plying "Ketu, Mile 12, ojota, oshodi".
