Nice one. For an escrow service though, as with all business ventures, I think you really need to spell out your terms and conditions. You know, for legal purposes. I'm not sure, for example, who is in charge of the dispute resolution process and the channels it flows through, or if there even is a dispute resolution process in the first place. I checked your site and couldn't find a clearly written Terms and Conditions document. Also, in my opinion, you need to go beyond stating that your company is registered and give real reasons why you can be trusted with client funds. Are client funds insured, for example? And with whom?

The above are some of the very important issues I feel you need to address.

Thanks for your advice but most of your concerns are already taken care of. Our terms and conditions are visible only when you choose to register.

I do not need an about us page as I intend so settle much of it from partnering. If at all I will be putting such information on our FAQ page.
