Hello Ladies, 'Esha' tomatoes are the compressed tomatoes under the basket of tomatoes. because they are already compressed, the market women pack and sell them cheap. aside from the sour taste you get once a while when you buy stale ones, what is really bad about buying 'esha' tomatoes? |

But it is what many "mama put" use because it is way cheaper than the fresh, solid ones. |
