Collection of #4000 from prospective corps members for call-up letters is a very dubious and callous order by NYSC. It's so sad that federal government agencies continue to sap our young unemployed graduates (remember Immigration disaster). Even continual facebooking, tweeting or pinging in a month isn't up to 2k. How come a single letter (even less important than University certificate or discharge certificate) is 4000 Naira? Just because they embezzle billions daily doesn't mean 4k is easy to come by for every graduating student. Besides NYSC is not an income-generating agency of the government. These officials should be called to order. Each day, our leaders look for new ways to impoverish Nigerians.
