Plus their wives (approx 3 each since they are farmers). Add their friends who would be swayed by this action, the multiplier effect is over 2,000,000 votes already.

U don know the size of kano. A farmer uses minimum of 5 hectare. When my uncle acts as farm gate to farmers, 10 full lorries of rice comes to his store weekly from each farmers. Even 2 bags z not enough 4 dem

Gov should be careful how they give ammonium nitrate(fertillizers) this days(in that region especially) cus that is the major recipe for bomb making each farmer should be screened before collecting such chemical......and kudos to their Gov.

Kano state population as per the 2006 census was over 9 million therefore 450,000 farmers (who have benefited from this scheme) is under 5% of the total population, which is quite logical.
