It is God that gives assignment. If dr fireman was asked to go the U S by God,it would be disobedience on his part to God,and such attracts dire consequences. He need not be in west Africa when he is asked to go to the US. He's simply being the true man of God that he .see Gen 12.

Dr fireman could go to the west coast if he was asked by God to do so.remember he is a man of God and works under God's instructions.where God tells him to go,there he goes.that brings blessings. See Genesis 12
