Hi law students in Nairaland i need some tips about the admissibility of evidence of deceased persons as to the cause of their death. I mean in what conditions will dying declaration evidences be accepted in the Nigerian courts. |

As a law student, av not yet studied evidence law, my advice to u is meet a practicing lawyer and for such information, also, ask ur fellow students and do some research urself. u will surprise what u will discover. gudluck |
