Job Title: Production Manager

Responsibilities :
The job involves planning, coordinating and controlling the manufacturing processes. You will complete status reports on production progress, customer information, materials inventory, calculating figures for labour and materials amounts, manufacturing costs and wages. You will also confer with established vendors to coordinate processing and shipping, resolve complaints, examine documents and products.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and background:
Degree in any field , Management background is an advantage, though not compulsory
Excellent written and communication skills
Must be able to multitask
Have a certain amount of professionalism
Be able to manage time and people
Be willing to adapt and collaborate
Be able to prepare reports and plan (ability to use excel, word and powerpoint is essential)
Be decisive and committed
Able to work under pressure
Good at managing budgets and timelines
Have good communication and presentation skills
Have a positive attitude to work and be able to motivate a team
Must have flair for fashion
