1.Account Officer(a)-
Processing & posting of accounts vouchers/documents
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement.
Management of accounts payables & receivables
Organization & tracking of purchase orders & invoices
Assist with administration payroll, taxes & pension
Administration of staff expenses & petty cash
Any other duties assigned by Acct. Manager

Qualifications-
BSC/HND Accounting
Minimum of 3years experience in a manufacturing company
Strong analytical, interpersonal & negotiation skills
Proficient in English language (oral & written)
Good knowledge of MS word/excel/power point & accounting software.


2.Account Officer(b)
Update the fixed asset register for each addition of assets on the basis of disbursement or Journal voucher
Record the detail of transfer in the fixed asset register at the headquarter
Inspect asset on receipt of scrap report and make necessary entry in the books
Calculate depreciation at the end of each month as per the rates prescribed by the statute.
Carry out annual physical verification of fixed assets with reference to the fixed asset
register.
Prepare physical verification report and submit to the management.
Obtain approval from the management to write off missing, unserviceable, damaged or condemned assets and pass necessary entries in the books of accounts.
Prepare the scrap report for the auction.
Account the unaccounted fixed assets in the books.
Capitalise the interest payable on loans borrowed for construction and purchase of assets
until the commissioning of project.
Account for the fixed assets acquired through any grant. Calculate depreciation on such assets.
Transfer capital work in progress to fixed asset on completion of project.
Prepare the details of the fully depreciated assets at the end of the year.
Verify all bills related to capital items including civil works

Qualifications-
BSC/HND Accounting
Minimum of 3years experience in a manufacturing company

Proficient in English language (oral & written)
Good knowledge of MS word/excel/power point & accounting software.

3.Cashier-
Collection & lodgment of daily sales proceeds
Issuance of receipts for all sales/income received.
Settlement of daily staff claims and petty cash expenses
Preparation of daily Report on sales proceeds/lodgments & petty cash expenses.

Qualifications-
OND in Accounting
Minimum of 2years relevant experience
Analytical & interpersonal skills
Proficient in English language (oral & written)
Knowledge of MS excel.

4.Security Guards-
Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.

Qualifications:
Should have atleast SSCE and previous work experience as a security officer will be an added advantage.
