The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has elected a new president. Tijani Usman, a student of the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria emerged winner after polling 163 out of the 239 total votes cast to defeat his closest opponent, Jubril Ahmadu, also from ABU who scored 56 votes.
