In the last one year, ever since the current FCT minister announced the voting of funds for infra structural development of Karsana District in Abuja, there has been a wild rampage of Estate agents and Estate consultants who either claim to have 100 hectares of land in the district for sale or those who claim to have buyers for such properties which are being touted to be selling for N4.5b. In most cases all these purported buyers and sellers turn out to be fake. What baffles me is that people still continue to chase such briefs with all their time and resources. Those who claim to have sellers will ask buyers to sign indemnities of outrageous sums or request for bank guarantees before they can produce the tittle documents. The buyers always claim that they will pay in dollars or other foreign currencies and not through banks as they want the transactions to remain anonymous for fear of EFFC investigations. And most of these briefs always end up in dead ends. So my question is has anyone seen a deal of such magnitude sealed in Karsana District?

All na wash. anybody touting that he has karsana land for sale is a liar. Dont waste time and resources on that area. i have had bad experiences chasing and wasting time on karsana transactions which never come thru
