I did everything online. It's very much easier than buying the ish at a bank. Just ensure your ATM card is verified by your bank for online transactions. If you haven't, you can contact your bank for OTP registration.

Paying for the form is very easy but the ATM has to be enabled for online transaction prior to its use for the online payment.

You go to the issueing bank to enable it. I doubt if you can get it enabled via phone call to the bank.
